We’d like to thank you your continued support for ProHire over the last year. We have heard and collected feedback from you and the hiring community, helping us better understand hiring challenges and value we can bring.

As we continue to focus on creating the best experiences and solutions for our customers & partners, we have decided to make some changes in how we operate. As a result, we will start transitioning to a model whereby:
  • Your roles will only be offered to top agency partners based on the expertise needed for each role
  • You will have direct access to our recruitment experts – facilitating clearer, faster, and more efficient communication
  • Your roles will get the highest level of prioritization from recruiters

We’d like to thank you for being a ProHire partner – together we’ve been able to delight many of our customers (many of which have posted additional roles on the platform – and this is down to the strong partnership we’ve built).Over the past year, we’ve been gathering feedback from you and the community to better understand how you’d like to work and how we can help optimize for your success with Jobstreet/Jobsdb.

As we’ve always focused on creating the best experiences and solutions for our customers & partners, we have decided to do some significant changes in how we operate. It was clear from you (our partner) that direct communication with clients is important – which allows you to optimize your chances of success. This will allow you to use your own expertise / methods in liaising with clients to build the necessary relationships required find the right candidate for our clients. As a result, we will start transitioning to a model whereby:
  • You get to directly communicate and send CVs to hirers
  • Only a limited number of partners will be able to work on the same role (exclusivity)
  • Roles will be matched to agency partners based on specialization expertise and will not be visible to other agency partners
